GEL at the University of Plymouth

Geotechnical’s Rachael Parry and Ellie Stables attended another graduate careers fair, this time at Plymouth University, which is an excellent opportunity to meet students who are curious about how the ground beneath our feet shapes the structures and infrastructure we rely on every day.

Another fantastic careers fair at the University of Plymouth this week. The turnout was excellent, the conversations were genuinely engaging, and the level of enthusiasm from students exploring their future pathways was truly impressive. It’s always a pleasure to take part in events like this and support the next generation as they plan their next steps.

Our industry is growing, and we’re constantly looking for motivated graduates and young talent to join us. Whether you’re interested in becoming a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, supporting our work as a Laboratory Assistant, or starting your journey through one of our apprenticeship pathways, there’s a place for you to develop, learn, and make a real impact.

Events like this remind us how important it is to connect with the next generation of engineers and problem‑solvers.
